PinePixel collects only the information you submit when asking for help, such as your name, contact details and description of the issue.
That information is used to respond to your request, understand the work and maintain a reasonable service record. PinePixel does not sell your contact information.
Website requests are processed using Cloudflare infrastructure. A request may also be forwarded to PinePixel's private workflow tools for notification and follow-up.
